Payments: Our website will provide you with the availability and prices of the house and if you are interested you can make the payment of the reservation, 30% of the total amount.
The remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. If payment is not made on time Cal Ramón Rubí reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Confirmation of the reservation: once the 30% payment has been made, the reservation will be confirmed and you will receive an e-mail with all the details.
Tourist tax: Tourist tax is not included (€1.10 per person per day per person over 16 years old) to be paid upon arrival at the house. It only applies for the first seven days, after which it is exempt.
Children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax, but are required to complete the tourist registration.
Deposit: 500 € to be paid when booking the house. The deposit will be refunded in full once the accommodation has been checked and no damages have been found.
The deposit will be paid upon payment of the total amount of the reservation.
In case of having to evaluate possible damages Cal Ramón Rubí will be able to reimburse up to 14 days after the end of the stay.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in will take place between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm and check-out until 10:00 am. In case of arrivals or departures outside the schedule, please contact Cal Ramón Rubí.

Although we work with the greatest possible precision, it may happen that, exceptionally, errors occur in the published information, including prices. In these cases, we reserve the right to correct any error and not to apply incorrect rates that may have been displayed by mistake.

The person who made the reservation must notify us by e-mail.
50% refund in case of cancellation in any case 30 days prior to arrival and 100% refund in case of cancellation in any case 60 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
The client may withdraw from the rental and mediation contract at any time before the start of the stay in the holiday accommodation. If the customer cancels the contract, the refund will be applied according to the refund conditions.
Cal Ramón Rubí has the right to cancel reservations that have not been paid in full within the deadlines indicated and accepted by the client during the reservation process.
Pets will only be admitted if this is expressed at the time of booking, paying the cost for them.
Cal Ramón Rubí will accept a maximum of 2 pets.
In case the client is delayed in his arrival, he must immediately inform Cal Ramón Rubí.
Delays in the client’s arrival may result in special charges that will be borne by the client.
The accommodation will be vacated on the date and time indicated on the reservation confirmation and must be left tidy and clean.
The key will be given to the person in charge of Cal Ramón Rubí.
If the client wants to make an early check in or late check out, they must consult with Cal Ramón Rubí and if available, the client must pay 20 €/hour extra
The vacation rental may only be occupied by the persons and the number of persons indicated in the contract. Children and infants also count as individuals.
In the event that the stipulated number of people is exceeded, Cal Ramón Rubí is authorized to demand an additional payment for the period of time that the over-occupancy lasts.
The customer undertakes with the landlord to treat the holiday accommodation with care and prudence.
The furniture shall only be used in accordance with its intended use and the instructions for use, as well as the indications contained in the rental documents, shall be strictly observed.
The client must inform the lessor of any damage or damage caused during the stay as soon as possible. The customer, as a tenant, is legally liable for damages caused by him/her in the holiday accommodation. The customer shall check the validity of his private liability insurance abroad and shall apply for such insurance if necessary. It is in the tenant’s own interest to inspect the land, the dwelling and the furnishings upon arrival.
Within the legal framework of the damage reduction obligation, the customer shall have the obligation, in the event of any interruption in services, to do everything reasonable to solve the problem or to keep the damage as low as possible.
The lessor has the right to terminate the lease extraordinarily in the event of over-occupancy. The latter may also terminate the contract without prior notice and once the stay has begun if the client, despite being duly warned, continues to behave in a manner that seriously violates the terms of the contract in such a way that it is impossible to continue the contractual relationship until the end of the agreed stay or until the expiration of the cancellation period. This applies especially if, despite being warned, the customer keeps the accommodation occupied or over-occupied in breach of the contract.
In line with the above, the landlord may also terminate the contract extraordinarily if the client violates the rules of the dwelling or deliberately or grossly negligently damages the dwelling or brings unauthorized pets into the dwelling. The lessor reserves the right to the rental price minus the value of expenses not incurred and any refunds obtained through service providers or the like that he may have received for a use other than that of the unoccupied stay.
The keys will be handed over by the owner of the house.
Contact the owner by WhatsApp, phone or email at least 3 days prior to arrival to arrange the exact check-in time.
By order of the local authorities, all guests must provide their identification data to the owner. To facilitate this process for both parties, please send an email or WhatsApp with a photocopy/photo of passports prior to arrival.
This house is located in a residential area, NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Please respect and take care of the house as if it were your own. Otherwise, if any damage occurs, we will deduct it from the deposit.
